CANCELLATION and Refund Policy

  Communication 

• A text or call confirmation from customers is required in order to reserve a ride successfully
• Without receiving confirmation from customers, the quoted trip is not reserved
• By confirming each trip, our customers are agreed with all the conditions 
• Upon the pickup time, if customers do not response via text or call, then customers are responsible for such cancellation

  Payment and refund

• We do not take payment upfront for local pick up. 
• Payment upfront is required for a long distance pickup.
• All trips is due upon its completion time
• No cancellation fee before we send our drivers
• Only 50% refund is received by customers if our driver is already on the way  
• Only 50% refund for last min cancellation   

         Above are general rules for One Call Taxi LLC.  But we may adjust or flexible regards to various situation.
